Good facilitation and dialogue is about enabling, motivating and creating the necessary space and process for a unique group of people to reach specific objectives efficiently. And that takes creativity, knowledge and experience. It’s my job to create that space and process for you and facilitate the exciting dialogue and change that happens there.

One of the wonderful things about being self-employed is the freedom to choose to work for my business or to use my talents and resources without renumeration (pro bono). I have the honour to know and be trusted by amazing social entrepreneurs and political actors who are making a difference to the way society and democracy works.
I am
I love interacting with people
I love interacting with people from all walks of life and for all sorts of reasons. My family is enormous – a wonderful crowd of energetic, supportive, musical, sporty and thoughtful folk, mostly in England, but also here in Germany. I have fascinating networks, amazing friends and clients who I work with for years. I love enabling people to solve their problems themselves, to create ideas which can actually work, to make difficult decisions and to enjoy doing what human beings (can) do best: growing, improving things and having fun.

Since starting my own business in January 2010, I have been lucky enough to work with wonderful clients from all over the world. The combination of working for the private sector as well as governments, foundations and civil society is perfect for my skills and my mission: to enable sustainable change. And it’s also mutually beneficial for my clients to support their thinking outside of the box, as for example when I’m able to draw bridges between the fast-paced, highly professional and exciting world of corporate strategy to the broader responsibility for important societal, cultural and scientific issues which will change the world we live in. I’m dedicated to supporting my clients over longer periods of time and have the pleasure of being asked back over and over again. This is the most positive feedback I could ask for!
